MODULAR INSULATED CLINKER FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION
Kess insulating clinker is a thermal composite system with clinker slips made in Germany. Our clinker facades are based on an gearing system. This means that the clinker bricks of the new facade are not glued as in conventional clinker facades, but simply pushed together.
The gearing results in many advantages. On the one hand, this means that the adhesion is particularly high and, on the other hand, the installation of the insulating clinker is very time-saving. The assembly of our system is very simple and can be easily carried out by both the specialist and the do-it-yourselfer. All clinker elements are doweled directly to the house wall without any preparatory work and then grouted. No foundation or earthworks are necessary for our system. Since not a single strap is glued and no mineral adhesive is used, work on the construction site can be carried out regardless of the weather.
Compared to classic glued systems, the saving in assembly time is around 40 to 50 percent. With insulating clinker bricks from kess you save time and money!
Insulating clinker from kess - durable, maintenance-free and flame-retardant exterior insulation for buildings
For the kess system, we use polyurethane as the insulating material, which is classified as flame retardant (fire protection class B1). In addition, the adhesive tensile strength of the brick slips in our system is many times higher than in individually bonded stone wool and polystyrene systems. This also reduces the risk of fire spreading. In the event of a fire, financial losses can be minimized.
In contrast to conventional thermal composite systems, a clinker facade built with our system forms a solid unit with the subsoil. This makes the facade less sensitive to environmental influences and extremely durable - and all without maintenance.
